Nemeton

What is Nemeton?
🔶Nemeton is the Nonprofit behind the School and many other layers of what Mountain Woman Medicine (Raine E. Ford) is connected with in some way.
It’s also the physical location where the Human Earth Sanctuary & Learning Community Mission of the Nonprofit is taking shape in a Boots-On-The-Ground-Way (it was started in 2011). You can check out Nemeton’s website here: www.Nemeton0.wordpress.com.

Why is it called The Mountain (Mtn)?
🔶”The Mountain” refers to a LifeStyle, a way of being, seeing, shaping, holding, accepting. Its seeing the relationship parallels & expansionable places between plants, humans, animals, our past & future, our shadow & our shine, and, its doing this all on a mountain side, 15 degrees to be exact. It sets a certain kind of tilt to how ones reality rolls and how CANnectability gets affected. IT also refers to a kind of perspective, a way of seeing in a long arc, and the ability to take a deep cleansing breath. in the fact the necessity after walking up-hill. It’s a steady, one-foot-after-another Way of Being.

Where does AOTSS fit in the realm of all the things that The Mtn does?

Where are the places to Register for AOTSS?
🔶There are 2 places to register, depending on what you are registering for and what is going on that year. (for example, “memberships” is closed for the 2025 – 2026 season.

Where can I send my Exchange or Donation? (one time or reoccurring)
🔶You can send to Nemeton Paypal Donations (Please leave note of “AOTSS” in Payment if registering.)

AOTSS Exchanges $$.
🔶Membership, Live Courses & TAYOP courses all have their own values for exchanges.  

  • Membership: (closed for 2025/2026 season)

  • TAYOP courses: $90 for 3 session modules (beta testing rate).

Membership

Can I be part of Membership in a Take-It-At-My-Own-Pace kind of way? …
🔶Yes! The only change is that you would be listening to the audio recording in your own time & pace instead of attending the sessions.  Please note this in your registration if you think this might be a viable option for you.

I’m feeling a little confused by all the options! Can I talk to someone to help me sort which options might be best for me?

Live Courses

I might have to miss a class, is there recording I can catch up with?
🔶Yes! All sessions are video recorded and made available within 48 hours of the session in the appropriate Discord Class Channel or other designated space. (These videos are also added to an AOTSS Video Achieve that is available to certain sections of TAYOP.)

What supports are available as I do this work?
🔶You are invited to share each week how you are in your flow, in the Private Course Channels in Discord, this is a place to share, and to ask questions.
🔶There is online Meeting At The Crossroads sessions offered monthly.
🔶There are variable events offered On-Mountain (In-Person) throughout the year (You can check the Calender here – and add us to your calendar by clicking on the (+) at the bottom of the calendar.)
You can also offer a request for various kinds of experiences. (such as a Smash Lodge (for anyone), a MoonLodge for those who explore Bleeding Time.
🔶There are Apothecary Open Hours for those who have holistic and herbal support inquires. Please check the Calender for open times.

Wellness Sessions

What Wellness Sessions are available?
🔶There is a Holistic Wellness Clinic offered weekly (depending) On-Mtn (In Endicott/Owego NY), May – Sept and is open to the local / commutable community who would like to be seen in person. These sessions are pre-arranged unless there’s an emergency, and are by donation as the person is able. Please check the Calender.
